PCR description
“Part B for electrical cables and wires” (NPCR 027 version 2.0) of EPD Norway has been adopted as a c-PCR to PCR 2019:14 of the International EPD System, with the following additional specifications and restrictions:
- All references to “NPCR part A” or “Part A” are replaced with references to PCR 2019:14.
- If there is an applicable UN CPC code for the product, it shall be stated in the EPD (in the product description section).
- Guidance and requirements of PCR 2019:14 and EN 15804:2012+A2:2019/AC:2021 not referenced to in the PCR also apply.
- In Sections 7.2.6 and 7.2.7 there are references to additions that are missing. These references shall be ignored.

The PCR (version 2.0) was adopted 2022-10-12 as a c-PCR under PCR 2019:14, after being reviewed and accepted by the Technical Committee of EPD International acting as PCR Review Panel for the adoption process. Review chair was Nasser Ayoub, DCarbon Egypt.
