The development of this PCR was initiated 2025-10-09.

The publication is expected in Q2/Q3 2026.

This document provides Product Category Rules (PCR) for the assessment of the environmental performance of professional cleaning services (cleaning of transportation equipment such as trains, buses, and planes, cleaning of machinery, sterilization services, laundry, cleaning or sanitation of objects, textiles, any item in general, ect.) and the declaration of this performance by an EPD with the exclusion of cleaning services for buildings due to the existence of PCR 2011:03 for Professional cleaning services for buildings.
