This PCR is currently being developed and the open consultation is planned for Q3/Q4 2026, with an e-mail invitation to identified stakeholders. Any stakeholder is welcometo provide comments on the draft PCR.

The publication is expected in Q1 2027 Dates are preliminary and subject to change.

This document will provide Product Category Rules (PCR) for the assessment of theenvironmental performance of waste recycling services that are within the scope of UN CPC code 890 and the declaration of this performance by an EPD.

This PCR will replace PCR 2013:08 Plastic waste and scrap recovery (recycling) services as well as PCR 2018:07 Waste washing processes for production of aggregates.
