Vespaio Svelto

Product nameVespaio Svelto
Product identificationWorst case of several products
Product descriptionFormwork of different geometries made of plastic material used to create ventilation systems within various types of construction.
Technical purpose of productVESPAIO SVELTO is a one-way formwork made of recycled polypropylene, designed for creating ventilated crawl spaces, cavities and raised floors in new construction or renovation. The square-shaped elements (56x56 cm or 58x58 cm) feature a modular interlocking system that facilitates installation. Thanks to its recycled polypropylene structure, it ensures high mechanical strength and quick installation, significantly reducing construction time and costs. The system is composed of modular elements that, once laid, create a ventilated cavity under the flooring, improving thermal insulation and preventing moisture and radon gas from rising. The versatility of Vespaio Svelto makes it suitable for a variety of applications, from new construction to renovations, ensuring greater building durability and improved living comfort. VESPAIO SVELTO is available in heights from 10 cm to 55 cm, with a variable capacity depending on the application (residential, offices, sheds, industries). VESPAIO SVELTO can also be used in areas of seismic risk, in fact, by connecting the electro-welded mesh to appropriate perimeter beams, the “plate” effect is created, which provides greater strength and stability to the entire structure stressed by dynamic oscillations.

Product descriptionFormwork of different geometries made of plastic material used to create ventilation systems within various types of construction.
Technical purpose of productTUBES is a modular system, used for creating crawl spaces, aerated floors, cavities, in the construction and renovation of civil and industrial buildings. It is ideal for the creation of dispersion tanks or storage tanks for the reuse of rainwater for fire-fighting systems, irrigation or for all applications that do not require the use of potable water. The TUBES system is used when the height of the crawl space is such that mono-block formwork cannot be used, or when special or variable sizes are required, such as in the case of sloping floors or multilevel surfaces. The TUBES system consists of three elements: 15-cm-high, 50 x 50-cm-square formwork, equipped with an interlocking system with the modular overlapping of one element with the next. a 3-cm support foot, which serves as a base for the pipe. a 125-mm-diameter pipe. TUBES is generally laid over a lean concrete foundation of varying thickness depending on the application. After the laying of a suitable electro welded mesh and reinforcing bars for the pillars, proceeding with the concrete pour, many pillars with a constant diameter are formed, which, when the concrete is cured, determine the actual strength of the floor, with the distribution of loads evenly over the entire surface.
