PA6 regenerated chip

The regenerated chip is made from scrap from yarn production. It is the raw material of different kind of yarn, e.g., FDY, HOY as well as POY. The yarn scrap is pre-consumption waste, generated in the spinning process within Eversun. The main production processes of regenerated chip started with the sorting of the waste filaments / yarn scrap manually. After crushing, the wasted filament, together with auxiliaries go through processes of melting, granulating, and drying . Then it is packaged with aluminum foil bag and brown paper.
