Sunset date for GPI v.2.5 and PCRs following old EN 15804:2012+A1:2013

EPD International AB decided to not prolong the validity period for our PCR 2012:01 Construction products and construction services and all associated sub-PCRs that follow the old version of EN 15804 (EN 15804:2012+A1:2013) after the end of this year, 2021-12-31. Thereby, we also announce the end of the transition period for v.2.5 of our General Programme Instructions.

We strongly recommend organisations registering new EPDs to follow our new construction product PCR (PCR 2019:14) and associated complementary PCRs (c-PCRs) that follow the updated EN15804 standard. The validity period of EPDs based on PCRs that follow the old EN 15804 (A1) remains five years.
