Accommodation

New Delhi offers a wide range of accommodation options across different budgets, many of which are conveniently located near the India Habitat Centre. 

The Secretariat strongly recommends that onsite participants secure their accommodation as early as possible to ensure availability. 

Hotels located close to the venue include, for example: 

  • The Lodhi 

  • Taj Mahal, New Delhi 

  • The Claridges New Delhi 

  • The Oberoi, New Delhi 

  • Ambassador, New Delhi – IHCL SeleQtions 

Additional accommodation options can also be found in nearby areas such as Khan Market, Lodhi Road, and Connaught Place, all within a short distance of the venue. 

Local Transportation 

New Delhi offers a range of transportation options for getting around the city: 

  • Taxi and ride-hailing services: App-based services such as Uber and Ola are widely available and recommended for convenient travel. 

  • Metro: The Delhi Metro is a reliable and efficient way to travel across the city. The nearest stations to India Habitat Centre include Khan Market and Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium (JLN Stadium). 

  • Airport transfers: The venue is approximately 30–40 minutes from Indira Gandhi International Airport, depending on traffic conditions. Taxis and app-based ride services are readily available at the airport. 

  • Hotel transport services: Many hotels offer airport transfers and local transport options—please check directly with your accommodation. 

Due to traffic conditions in New Delhi, participants are advised to allow sufficient travel time, especially during peak hours.
