Onsite Participation

Onsite participation at ISC2026 is available for a fee of €35 per participant. 

By registering for onsite participation, you will secure your place at the full three-day conference, including: 

• Access to all conference days. 

  • 7 October 2026 (Day 1 – Launch & Side Events) 

  • 8 October 2026 (Day 2 – Conference Day) 

  • 9 October 2026 (Day 3 – Workshops, Training & Site Visits) 

• Entry to the exhibition area on 7 October 

• Participation in keynote sessions, panel discussions, and interactive roundtables on 8 October 

• Participation in one training session of your choice on 9 October 

• Access to coffee breaks and lunches throughout the conference 

• Invitation to the conference dinner, including networking and entertainment 

This package is designed to provide both strategic insights and practical learning opportunities, alongside high-value networking. 

Session Selection

During registration, participants will be asked to: 

• Select their preferred roundtable discussion on 8 October 2026 (Conference Day) 

• Choose one training session on 9 October 2026 (Workshops & Training Day) 

Please note that session capacity is limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

Important Information

• Onsite participation is limited, and early registration is strongly recommended 

• Onsite registration is available until 31 August 2026 

• Registration is confirmed upon completed payment 

• Payment is required prior to the conference and can be made: 

  • by card at the time of registration, or 

  • by invoice, which will be issued after registration 

• Please note that registrations with unpaid invoices before the event will be cancelled 

• Registration fees are non-refundable
