When founders, William Paddock and Brad McAllister were Sustainability Managers for a major company and city government, they discovered they needed more than “strategy development” from the sustainability consulting community. William and Brad’s hands-on experience taught them the challenges that sustainability presented, the effort credible sustainability took, and the limitations of one person sustainability shops.
This experience as a sustainability manager led Brad and William to create a sustainability firm that provided sustainability leaders and company leaders with a one-stop-shop.
