PC Spun Piles
Product information
PC Spun Piles serve as foundational column elements designed to withstand and carry the load from the superstructure. PC Spun Pile is manufactured using a spinning process that enhances concrete compactness through centrifugal force. This results in high durability and low permeability, making it suitable for various environmental conditions and effectively support a wide range of structural needs. Commonly used in high-rise buildings, industrial buildings, marine structures, bridges, and other structures.
The latest innovation in this product line is the Post-tension Segmental PC Spun Pile, consisting of several segments assembled with post-tension technology. This allows for the creation of large diameter piles (up to 2 meters) with adjustable lengths without the need for connections, making them ideal for dock foundations.
WIKA Beton produces PC Spun Piles in various sizes and strengths, with diameters ranging from 300 mm to 1200 mm. Notably, WIKA Beton is the first company in Indonesia to produce 1200 mm diameter piles. The standard strength of these piles is 80 MPa, with options available for prestressed high-strength concrete (PHC) exceeding 80 MPa (SNI 9156:2023) PC Spun Piles are a reliable choice for diverse construction projects.
