Registration fee

For the registration fee, it is charged according to the number of registered EPDs per organisation account throughout one calendar year, starting from 1 January to 31 December. This price scheme provides organisations with discounted fee for registering EPDs via our program within the same calendar year.

The following pricing scheme for registration fee applies when registering new EPDs during one calendar year:

Registration Fees (per registered EPD)
1st EPD:€ 1000
2nd - 4th EPD:€ 500 each
5th - 99th EPD:€ 100 each
100th EPD and above:€ 50 each

For example, if an organisation seeks to register 5 EPDs throughout one calendar year, the registration fee for the EPDs would be charged as follows:

€ 1000 (1st EPD) + € 500 (2nd EPD) + € 500 (3rd EPD) + € 500 (4th EPD) + € 100 (5th EPD) = € 2600

Invoices for EPD registrations are generated monthly.

Annual fee

The annual fee is a recurring payment charged annually per organisation account while its EPDs are registered. The annual fee is based on the size of the organisation, independent of the number of EPDs published under the organisation.

Updates of published EPDs during their validity (e.g. editorial updates) or after they have expired, are included in the annual fee.

The following pricing scheme of the annual fee applies to the published EPDs:

Annual Fees (by org. size)
Micro (1-10 employees):€ 500
Small and medium-sized entreprise (SME) (11-250 employees):€ 1000
Multinational entreprise (MNE) (>250 employees):€ 2500
Industry associations:€ 1000

The annual fee is invoiced when the first EPD is registered. For example, if the first EPD is registered in June, the invoice will be generated in June. The invoice will be valid from June of the current year until June of the following year. The next June, we will generate a new invoice for the annual fee.
