This product is Salami. Mixture of pork shoulder meat and backfat. The salami is sold whole. It can be found in primary (9 pieces of variable weight from 630g to 650g) and secondary (variable weight from 5.5kg to 6.5kg) packages. Shelf life: 120 days. The environmental impacts have been calculated taking into consideration the entire production chain, from the animals’ birth until preparation at the consumer’s household.
