ZHUART.X-Cellence.&.ZHUART.N-Cube is primarily intended for outdoor flooring applications, with its principal materials being dried bamboo strips and light-coloured bamboo slats. This is an EPD of multiple products and the difference between variants within the product range is the dimensions and two product type (ZHUART X-Cellence, ZHUART N-Cube). ZHUART X-Cellence charcoal-infused variant undergoes an eight-stage production process comprising: rack placement, kiln drying and carbonisation, resin impregnation, chain conveyor drying, pressing, moulding, oil coating, and packaging. For ZHUART N-Cube, the carbonisation stage is performed by the supplier, with the material undergoing further kiln drying upon arrival at the factory.
